Our rates are per person per day with half board. Here you can find all detailed rates. During the winter, double rooms are rented only for the entire week – specifically from Saturday to Saturday. Group rooms, however, can also be booked for shorter stays. Dormitory places are also available for a short stay during this period. In the summer, it is also possible to book shorter stays in the double rooms.

• B&B discount: € 12 per person per day (for bed & breakfast only)

• The local tourism tax of € 2.30 per person (aged 14 and over) per day will be added to the stated prices.

• Bicycle storage room (summer) / ski room with boot dryer (winter)

• Wireless internet connection

• Use of the spa facilities

• Laundry service upon request (subject to charge)

• Parking space at the valley station included in the price. More information under Directions.

• In summer: guest and luggage transport from/to the Pralongià chairlift mountain station at fixed times (on arrival and departure days) OR: for guests driving an off-road vehicle, we can apply for a driving permit up to the Mountain Inn upon request (for a minimum stay of 5 days).

• In winter: the uphill journey with the Pralongià and Pralongià II chairlifts on your arrival day, luggage transport from/to the Pralongià chairlift mountain station at fixed times.

Outside of our designated hours and outside of the lift operating times:

• Summer: €50 for pickup with an off-road vehicle from the car park at the Pralongià chairlift valley station.


• Winter: €50 for pickup with a snowmobile from the car park at the Pralongià chairlift valley station.


• Check-in: from 3:30 pm

• Check-out: by 9:30 am

• Smoking is prohibited in all rooms, dormitories and public areas.

• Pets are not accepted.

The reservation is only considered binding upon receipt of the deposit. This can be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa) or transferred to the following bank account:

For the remaining balance, we accept cash payment (up to a maximum of € 3,000), bank transfer and bank cards (MasterCard, Visa, Bancomat).

The following conditions apply should you need to cancel your stay at the Pralongià Mountain Inn:

• 45 to 30 days before your scheduled arrival: the deposit will be retained

• 29 to 7 days before your scheduled arrival: 70 % of the total price

• Less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival, in case of late arrival or early departure, or in case of a no-show: 100 % of the total price

The deposit will be refunded in the following medical emergencies:

• National or regional health emergency with travel restrictions to the country/region, declared by a public authority.

• Restriction on departure or travel warning from the guests' country of origin, declared by a public authority.

• Closure of the hotel due to a health emergency.
