We have redesigned the restaurant area with great care, because we don't just want to serve you genuine culinary delights here, but also a piece of the Ladin way of life. We source our ingredients from local farmers and producers and the recipes follow Ladin tradition while remaining open to Mediterranean influences. Smell, savour, see and taste for yourself!

Lunch for hikers, skiers and connoisseurs

An enjoyable lunch break could easily turn out to be the most beautiful part of an already grand hiking or skiing day here with us. To make this happen, we have refined the classics of Ladin mountain cabin cuisine and expanded them with a few Mediterranean influences. Our wine list meets high expectations, and our hospitality does the rest. We advise on and serve exquisite wines from our cellar.

For our house guests, we have a special place - and not just in our hearts. They are able to enjoy breakfast and dinner in the 'Zirmstube,' with its views of the legendary Fanes mountain group.

It’s not just the Swiss pine wood (Zirbenholz) that has a particularly beneficial effect on the senses of visitors to the room. We’ll spoil you with a breakfast that prepares you perfectly for the many good moments the day will bring. Dinner is intended to be a culinary highlight before you drift off into a deep mountain sleep in one of our rooms.
