It’s lunchtime in the Dolomites

Simple and hearty recipes deriving from peasant and mountain traditions are combined here with lighter and more sophisticated proposals and even with gourmet dishes, created every year by Michelin-starred chefs for the projects "Peaks of Gastronomy" and "A Taste for Skiing". Don't miss the opportunity to discover and taste them, for example, at the appropriate gastronomic events like "Sommelier on the slopes" and "Wine Skisafari".
