The prices are indicated per person per day. During the winter season the rooms are rented only for the whole week, from Saturday till Saturday. Dorm sleeps can be rented however even for short stays.

The prices include:

• VAT;
• half board;
• bed linen and towels;
• ski/bike storage with a ski boot dryer;
• WI-FI connection;
• access to the wellness area;
• in summer: transportation of guests/luggage from/to the top station of the chairlift Pralongià at fixed hours (on the arrival day and on the departure day) OR: permission to drive with your off-road vehicle along the forest road till the mountain hut (only for stays of minimum 4 days);
• in winter: ascent with the chairlifts Pralongià e Pralongià II on the day of arrival, luggage transportation from/to the top station of the chairlift Pralongià at fixed hours.

To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax of EUR 1.10 per person (over 14 years old) per day till 31 December 2017 or EUR 1.40 per person (over 14 years old) per day starting from 01 January 2018.

Reduction for B&B treatment: - €12 per person per day.

Transfer prices outside the fixed hours (after the closing of mountain lifts):

• in summer: EUR 30 for a transfer with an off-road vehicle from the parking at the valley station of the chairlift Pralongià;
• in winter: EUR 20 for a transfer with a snowmobile from the parking at the valley station of the chairlift Pralongià.

Laundry service is available upon request.

Pets are not accepted.

The booking is considered binding only after the payment of the requested deposit. The deposit can be paid by credit card (MasterCard, Visa) or by bank transfer to the following account:

According to the European legislation and in the absence of other agreements, the following terms and conditions will be applied in case of cancellation:

• from 45 to 30 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable;
• from 29 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total price will be charged;
• less than 7 days before arrival / no show: 100% of the total price will be charged.

Travel restriction, in following cases the deposit will be refunded:

• governmental declaration of a national or regional health emergency in Italy with travel restrictions into the country/region.
• travel restrictions and warnings raised by governments of the country of origin of our guests.
• closure of the hotel due to a health emergency.

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a htel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. To settle the final bill you can use cash (up to EUR 3000), bank transfer, credit cards (MasterCard, Visa) and Bancomat (debit cards). In case of late arrival or early departure, the total price of the reservation will be billed.

Apartments and rooms are available from 3:30 p.m. on the day of arrival until 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure.

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, in the dorms and in all public areas of the Alpine Hut Pralongià.
